The Block Exemption Regulation (BER) regulates the free choice of workshop by law. Manufacturers are not allowed to refuse warranty services because you have the service carried out outside the brand network. We also have unrestricted access to technical data and devices. This ensures cross-brand expertise, even for new cars.
